Reservations must be made by 1 p.m. prior to the day you wish to eat. If you have made reservations and cannot attend, please notify the center at 618-498-3483.
Whole wheat bread served daily except as noted (*). 2 percent milk is served daily.
Thursday, May 12: Beef and noodles, red skin mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, peaches, cookies.
Friday, May 13: Grilled chicken, mashed potatoes/gravy, carrots, apricots, dessert bar.
Monday, May 16: BBQ pulled pork on bun, au gratin potatoes, California blend, plums, pudding.
Tuesday, May 17: Baked chicken, scalloped potatoes, baked beans, pears, lemon bar.
Wednesday, May 18: Hamburger and potato casserole with corn, whole wheat roll, peas and carrots, pineapple/orange jello.
