The former Bow Lake Golf Course has been sold and plans for the property do not include a golf course.
“We are waiting on our civil engineer to tell us what we need for infrastructure,” said Natalie Roseberry, president of Lemur Woods, the group of investors who have purchased the property. “We are also working with the Barry City Council on zoning.”
Roseberry said the property could be turned into a mixture of residential and commercial properties.
“There would be space for 17 homes, 119 apartment units, 30 duplexes and some community areas,” Roseberry said. “There is a possibility of a some commercial development as well.”
According to Roseberry, no timeline has been created for any of the developments to start.
