The first bench was purchased to honor former resident, retired Burlington Northern Railroad employee and Vietnam Veteran Don Gauges. The second bench was purchased to honor the memory of Les and Lete Starr, long time owners of the Starr’s Bar in Glasgow from 1950 to 2010.
