Dozens of golf carts and side-by-sides took part in Saturday’s Pittsfield Golf Cart Club Halloween Parade. Many residents lined the streets to watch and catch candy. Afterward, prizes were given for the best decorated and costumed participants. The best theme award was given to the Grimsley’s Scooby Doo themed golf cart.
