The Jacksonville Memorial Hospital Diabetes Support Group returns to regularly scheduled meetings at a new time of 11 a.m. after a two-year COVID-19-related hiatus.
The Diabetes Support Group is for people with diabetes, pre-diabetes or caregivers of people with diabetes who want to learn how to navigate diagnosis and treatment options.
Meetings of the Diabetes Support Group are open to the public and offered free of charge with no registration required. The JMH Diabetes Support Group is part of the nonprofit hospital’s response to the Community Health Needs Assessment priority of obesity.
Meetings are held at 1600 W. Walnut St., Jacksonville, and will occur at 11 a.m. – noon, Feb. 9, 2023; May 11, 2023; Aug. 10, 2023; Nov. 9, 2023.
