White Hall Nursing and Rehab offered a “Hop Into Spring” Healthy and Fit Clinic on Friday, March 31, at Seton Hall in White Hall where they offered not only a fabulous lunch of soup, sandwiches and dessert, but also a variety of different health tests and assessments.
Those included: Balance and strength testing, fall risk assessment, blood pressure checks, glucose testing. For those who have had an injury and need therapy, they were there to discuss the benefits of outpatient therapy and how those costs can be covered with Medicare and other insurance plans. For those with questions about their Medicare benefits, they were more than happy to help with that as well.
