The following police reports were filed between April 7 and April 13. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
• The following individual was charged with a felony:
Bailey, Jocelyn D., dob 6-13-2003, possession amount of controlled substance except (A)/(D).
• The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Miller, Terry L., Jr., dob 4-15-1976, violate order of protection.
• The following individual was charged with domestic violence:
Emerson, Andrew K., dob 8-13-2002, domestic battery/bodily harm.
• The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Proffer, Michael A., dob 3-21-1979, cancelled/revoked/suspended registration/IL.
Rogers, Steven C., dob 10-03-1987, two charges of driving on suspended license, improper use registration/title.
Lambert, James D., dob 11-09-1994, driving on suspended license.
• The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Webb, Chris M., dob n/a, barking dogs.
• The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Pegram, Andrea N., dob 6-22-1980, disregard official traffic-control device.
Crum, Bradley C., dob 4-23-1963, seat belt required/driver.
Wiser, Dillon M., dob 7-06-1995, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Merriman, Harvey L., Jr., dob 3-04-1967, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver.
