Meet the Donut Diva of Brantzel’s – Beth Burrus. One might recognize her from filling prescriptions in Roodhouse for the past 30 plus years as a pharmacist. In her retirement though, she finds working the morning shift at Brantzel’s a refreshing change. As part of their Grand Opening celebration, they were offering free donuts so Burrus was kept busy bringing out tray after tray, thus earning her the title of “Donut Diva.” (Carmen Ensinger/Greene Prairie Press)
