The city of White Hall swore in two new aldermen and one old one Tuesday night. Norman Coad retained his seat in Ward 3 while Pam Van Meter was elected as Alderwoman in Ward 1 and Ryan McMillen was elected Alderman in Ward 2. They were sworn in by City Attorney Bill Strang who is reading the Oath of Office.
