A mobile veterinary clinic will begin serving Calhoun and the surrounding counties in the coming weeks, with veterinarian home visits beginning next Monday.
Dr. Martha Johnson and Dr. Brian Johnson of the will begin seeing patients on Monday, June 19.
“With a nationwide veterinarian shortage and demand for veterinary care at an all-time high, our goal is to bring veterinary services to underserved areas,” said Drs. Martha and Brian Johnson. “We hope to bring quality veterinary care to clients in the comfort and convenience of their own home or in our full-service mobile veterinary trailer.
Their trailer will be fully equipped and allow the vets to provide almost any service that a typical “brick and mortar” clinic can offer their patients.
“We strive to always bring the newest advancements in veterinary medicine to our patients and we promise to always treat your pet as if they were our own,” said Johnson & Johnson.
Services Johnson & Johnson will provide include, wellness care, advanced care, surgical and geriatric patient care, and home visits.
While home visits will start June 19, they expect the trailer to be up and running by mid to late July of this year.
Their service areas include: Pittsfield, White Hall, Hardin, Pleasant Hill, and the surrounding communities. For more information, or to schedule an appointment, call or text Johnson & Johnson at 217-939-6803.
