Reservations must be made by 12 p.m. prior to the day you wish to eat. If you have made reservations and cannot attend, please notify the center at 217-942-6414. The menu may be subject to change based on product availability.
Whole wheat bread is served daily except as noted (*). Two percent milk is also served daily..
Thursday, July 27:
• Vegetable beef soup, w/g wheat roll, pickled beets and pineapple.
Friday, July 28:
• BBQ Johnny rib, au gratin potatoes, baked beans and peaches.
Monday, July 31:
• Beef and noodles, w/g wheat roll, garlic mashed potatoes, spinach and plums
Tuesday, Aug. 1:
• Hamburger on bun, oven roasted potatoes, green beans, apricots.
Wednesday, Aug. 2:
• Spaghetti with meat sauce, w/g garlic bread, garden salad, tropical fruit, Jell-O salad w/strawberries.
