4 p.m. Dog Show
■ Monday, July 24
3:30 – 6:30 p.m. – Swine weigh-in
5:30 – 6:30 p.m. – Sheep & goat weigh-in
4-6:30 p.m. – All Exhibits must be brought in (except Cake Decorating, Culinary, Garden, Flowers, Crops, Beef, Llamas & Cats). LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All pens will be assigned by the superintendents. Livestock feed, bedding, etc., brought in early is not the responsibility of the fair management!
6 p.m. – Posting of Flags followed by
6 p.m. – Scott County Fair Queen Pageant
8 p.m. – Mutton Busting (horse arena) after queen pageant
■ Tuesday, July 25
7-8 a.m. – Cake decorating, Garden, Flowers, Crops and Beef must be in place by 8 a.m. No late entries accepted. Culinary will be checked in the north side of Funk Room and must be in place by 8 a.m.
7:30 a.m. – Check health papers for all animal exhibits before swine show.
8-9 a.m. – Beef weigh-in
8 a.m. – Swine Judging – Order will be breeding stock, then market animals.
8:30 – Conference judging of vegetable display
8:30 a.m. – Flower Arranging Judging – Clearspan south of stage – followed by general flower judging.
9-10 a.m. – Conference judging of visual arts, hobbies and education departments
9-10 a.m. – Conference judging of Culinary will be in the Funk Room
9 a.m. – Gardening & Crops judging
10 a.m. – Judging of all exhibits in Arts/Crafts building
10 a.m. – Llama Judging – clearspan
1 p.m. – Swine Judging continues.
2 p.m. – Poultry Judging (classes 971 – 981) Depending on State requirements.
2-8 p.m. – Arts & Crafts and Horticulture buildings open for viewing exhibits.
3 p.m. – Poultry Judging (classes 950 – 970) Depending on State requirements.
4 p.m. – Pedal Tractor Pull
5:30 p.m. – Dress Revue practice
6 p.m. – Dress Revue followed by talent contest.
6:30 p.m. – Talent Contest followed by Jr. Fair Awards
■ Wednesday, July 26
8 a.m. – Goat Judging
9 a.m. – 7 p.m. Arts & Crafts and Horticulture buildings open for viewing exhibits.
9 a.m. – on the clearspan. Please bring your carrier to transport your animals.
10 a.m. – Sheep Judging. Order will be breeding stock, then market animals. (Sheep judging follows Goat judging)
2:30 p.m. – Cat Judging (must be in carrier then shown on leash) must arrive by 2:15 p.m. in Nimrod Funk Community Building with proper papers.
3:30 p.m. – Master Showmanship Contest
4 p.m. – Livestock released.
6:30 p.m. – Horse Show
■ Thursday, July 27
8 a.m. – Beef Judging – Order will be breeding stock, then market animals.
9 – 11 a.m. – Arts & Crafts and Horticulture buildings open for viewing exhibits.
11 a.m.-1p.m. – Arts/crafts & horticulture exhibits must be picked up. Projects not picked up will be taken to fair office after 1 p.m.
l p.m. – Livestock Auction
3 p.m. – please help.
6:30-8:30 p.m. – Swim party – 4-H members only

3 p.m. – Premium checks should be available (no checks issued before this time)
