It was an evening full of fun Tuesday night as the Roodhouse Police Department, Roodhouse Fire Department, Ice Cream Depot and Barrow Baptist Church joined forces to present an evening for the kids aptly called “Chillin’ with the Police.”
The Fire Department brought their truck and kept a continuous flow of water for the kids to play in while the Ice Cream Depot provided free cones to all of the kids. Barrow Baptist Church provided free popcorn and sponsored a move at dusk. The Crisis Center provided free face painting for the kids.
