The Milton Corn Carnival starts Friday, Sept. 22 evening at 5 p.m. and concludes Sunday, Sept. 24 with a community church service by Rick Musgrove.
The days and times in-between those dates are filled with activities.
At 5 p.m., the flea market in the community center begins.
Boren Amusement Rides will be open from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. each day.
The pork stand opens at 5:30 p.m.
6 p.m. is the opening remarks.
6:15 p.m. is the baby contests, followed by the Little Mr and Miss at 7 p.m., the Junior Miss at 7:45 p.m. and the queen pageant at 8:30 p.m.
There will be a DJ on stage at 9 p.m.
Saturday, lots of fun events on the south side of the square.
At 10 a.m., the corn hole tournament begins, 10:30 a.m. kids games, 11:45 a.m. hay scramble, at 4 p.m. the egg toss.
The pork stand opens at 11 a.m.
At 1:30 p.m., the parade line-up begins, followed at 2:45 p.m. by the bird drop game and trophies will be presented on stage. While the egg toss is going on the south side of the park, Pat Jones, musical entertainment will be on stage at 4 p.m.
The carnival rides open at 3 p.m. and bingo will be from 3 -8 p.m.
At 7 p.m. Whiskey Revolution will take the stage.
10 p.m. Clean-up begins. Volunteers are welcome.
Sunday is the community church service with Rick Musgrave preaching. Bring a lawn chair and enjoy some fellowship.
