• Members of the Nancy Ross Chapter National Society Daughters of the American Revolution want to invite the public to their 100th Anniversary Celebration to be held on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at 2:00 at the Pike County Senior Citizens Center Auditorium. • St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Pittsfield is hosting a drive-thru pork loin dinner Oct. 15 from 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Dinner includes pork loin, mashed potato & gravy, sweet potato casserole, green beans, roll, apple pie. Cost is $15.
• The Barry Community Chorus will begin rehearsals for its annual Christmas cantata Monday, October 16 at 7:30 p.m. at the Barry United Methodist Church. This year’s performance, A Journey to Joy by Joseph Martin, will be performed Dec. 10. All interested singers are encouraged to join us. For more information, contact Judy Steers at 217-430-0100.
