The following police reports were filed between September 29 and October 5. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Tasha A. Bartman, dob 3-14-1983, theft/stolen/intent person less than $500.
Erin L. Settles, dob 5-29-1984, theft control intent person less than $500.
Mathew G. Dubois, dob 5-27-1999, criminal damage to property between $500-$10K.
Brittany M. Orr, dob 4-12-1992, theft/stolen/intent between $500-$10K.
John J. Scheferkort, dob 2-12-1992, criminal trespass to residence/person present, criminal damage to property between $500-$10K.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Tyler William Church, dob 10-03-1989, reckless conduct.
Michael S. Hillis, dob 5-14-1968, two charges of violate order of protection.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Shane M. Ingram, dob 6-24-1977, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended license, headlight/taillight/sidelight/1st and 2nd.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Michael J. Stanfield, dob 10-06-1986, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd.
Carie D. Bishop, dob 3-23-1978, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Melissa C. Bartholomew, dob 3-01-1985, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd.
Julius E. Stovall, dob 4-09-1981, driving on suspended license.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Allison Faltin, dob 6-16-1992, dogs running at large.
Ashley M. Richey, dob 1-29-1986, dogs running at large.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
William T. Woods, dob 10-31-1957, disregard official traffic-control device.
Kyle R. Dawdy, dob 12-08-1994, squealing/screeching tires.
Isiaha James Mudd, dob 10-15-2005, squealing/screeching tires.
Mason J. Godar, dob 4-23-1997, unlicensed.
Craig R. Gilmore, dob 10-30-1971, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Jacob C. Bertman, dob 12-19-2000, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Corral D. Sogunro, dob 11-17-2004, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Nicole L. Nichols, dob 2-24-1978, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Parker J. Renken, dob 5-20-1998, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
