The following police reports were filed between September 29 and October 5. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Rochelle K. Maltimore, dob 10-04-1991, residential arson.
Travis T. Pillman, dob 12-21-1987, theft control intent between $500-$10K.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Mark D. Cardwell, dob 3-01-1984, public indecency/lewd exposure, battery/makes physical contact.
Ellijah M.A. Madison, dob 9-27-2005, consumption of liquor/minor.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Matthew A. Friedel, dob 6-10-1986, reckless driving.
Breyden E. Hamilton, dob 12-03-2004, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Mitchshaneka A. Russell , dob 2-15-1995, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Patricia A. Camp, dob 6-24-1952, transport elderly without permit, failure to obey stop sign.
Blake A. Cruse, dob 2-17-1998, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Heather N. Edgell, dob 7-14-1985, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Kimberly M. Molloy, dob 6-27-1985, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
David L. Penn, dob 6-24-1958, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Bruce A. Price, Jr., dob 10-29-1980, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Emily S. Shafer, dob 3-11-1990, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Gary D. Whorten, dob 2-05-1953, operate uninsured motor vehicle, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Nicole Renae Woodward, dob 1-28-1986, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
