The following police reports were filed between October 1 through October 31. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Calhoun County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Kyle L. Hahler, dob n/a, residential burglary, receive/possess/sell stolen vehicle, theft control intent between $10K-100K, criminal damage to property between $500-$100K, three charges of criminal trespass to vehicles, criminal trespass to residence.
Brandon L. Capps, dob 8-21-1987, arson/real estate/personal property greater than $150, criminal damage to property between $500-$10K, disorderly conduct.
Christopher A. Cecil, dob 7-16-1987, possession of meth less than five grams, possession of drug paraphernalia.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Crystal J. Hillis, dob 10-08-1967, disorderly conduct.
Holly M. Corbett, dob 4-05-2005, criminal damage to property less than $500, battery/cause bodily harm, reckless driving, consumption of liquor/minor, disorderly conduct.
Andrew J. Krechel, dob 9-20-1985, reckless conduct.
The following individuals were charged with a conservation violation:
Jacob W. Lovel, dob 4-02-1998, illegal possession/migratory game bird.
Lucas D. Howard, dob 3-20-2007, illegal possession/migratory game bird.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Cooper James Hagen, dob 1-05-2006, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Nathan R. Winchell, dob 3-25-1977, canceled/revoked/suspended registration/IL, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Kirklyn Douglas Hansen, dob 2-23-1998, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Michael C. Fields, dob 7-26-1961, driving 1-10 mph above limit.
