Reservations must be made by 12 p.m. prior to the day you wish to eat. If you have made reservations and cannot attend, please notify the center at 217-942-6414. Whole wheat bread served daily except when noted with (*). 2% milk served daily. The menu may be subject to change based on product availability.
Thursday, Nov. 16: Beef & noodles, wheat roll, redskin mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, pineapple.
Friday, Nov. 17: Birthday dinner–Country fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, peas and carrots, tropical fruit, cake with frosting.
Monday, Nov. 20: BBQ chicken on bun, scalloped potatoes, zucchini and tomatoes, rosy applesauce.
Tuesday, Nov. 21: Pork burger on bun, sweet potatoes, peas, mixed fruit salad.
Wednesday, Nov. 22: Oven roast turkey and dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, cranberries, pumpkin squares.
