“We haven’t assigned any projects yet,” Tara Bradshaw, president of the Pikeland Board, said. “We are actively looking for an interim superintendent as well as a permanent replacement.
Kilver was hired to the Pikeland position in January 2020, to replace Paula Hawley, who resigned after 15 years in the position. She resigned in September, 2023.

The search for a new superintendent continues with the hopes of having a new top administrator hired by mid March or April.
“The board wishes to thank Dr. Kilver for her service to the district,” Bradshaw said.”Further, the board appreciates Dr. Kilver’s request for reassignment to assist the board as we transition to new leadership in the coming year. “
