The following police reports were filed between November 24 and November 29. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Dakota P. Osborne, dob n/a, possession of meth less than five grams, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), possession of drug paraphernalia.
Austin J. Sprong, dob n/a, theft/control/person less than $500.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Anderson C. Sheppard, dob 11-14-1980, driving under the influence of alcohol.
Christine M. Spanton, dob 1-28-1966, driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08.
Kimberly S. Wilks, dob 9-12-1969, driving under the influence of alcohol.
The following individuals were charged with a conservation violation:
Christopher D. Bechel, dob 11-27-1995, deer hunting permit violation.
Timothy M. Bechel, dob 10-13-1966, hunt others land without permission.
The following individuals were charged with a ordinance violation:
Rita Jo Craft, dob n/a, three charges of unlicensed/inoperable vehicle.
Alberta Smith, dob n/a, inoperable/unlicensed vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Michael T. Gravatt, dob 3-16-1982, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Michael Mushat, dob 4-12-1962, driving on revoked license.
Tabatha J. Powell, dob 5-09-1989, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Andrew M. Robeen, dob 5-31-1995, driving on a suspended license, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Myranda Jo Bellman, dob 2-05-1986, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Michael T. Bradshaw, dob 3-27-1976, no fee paid/over registration weight.
Ruby Cornwell, dob 8-18-2006, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Kayla A. Gettings, dob 12-22-1998, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Ava Mae Nichole Pegram, dob 3-14-2006, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Kevin R. Smith, dob 6-16-1995, failure to reduce speed, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Sammer M. Taha, dob 8-13-1980, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Thomas A. Taylor, dob 9-11-1985, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Cody Webster, dob 12-31-1994, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
