The following police reports were filed between December 1 and December 7. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a felony:
Ashley M. Willoughby, dob 3-21-1996, criminal damage/government property less than $500, theft/stolen less than $500 preconceived.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Henry A. Scheferkort, dob 8-05-1964, aggravated assault/public property.
Ricky L. Neff, dob 1-13-1961, two charges of violate order of protection.
Nicholas K. Bridgewater, dob 2-18-1984, aggravated assault/public property, reckless conduct.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Henry A. Scheferkort, dob 8-05-1964, driving under the influence of alcohol, headlight violation/1st, 2nd.
The following individual was charged with a major traffic violation:
Richard D. Feaster, dob 7-14-1975, driving on a suspended license.
