The following police reports were filed between November 30 and December 8. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Matthew S. Hancock, dob 2-26-1991, armed violence/category II, manufacturing/delivery cannabis between 30-500 grams, felon possess/use weapon/firearm, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D).
Joseph L. Miller, dob 11-05-1996, aggravated domestic battery/strangle, unlawful restraint.
Indeya K. Pigee, dob 2-01-1997, driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 4-9.
Adam J. Webster, dob 5-22-1989, aggravated battery/pregnant/handicapped, unlawful restraint, domestic battery/physical contact.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Bradley K. Hargrave, dob 5-09-1978, driving under the influence of an intoxicating compound, reckless driving, failure to reduce speed.
Jessie J.H. Quillman, dob 6-08-1999, driving under the influence of alcohol.
Brian R. Vest, dob 10-02-1985, driving under the influence of a drug, leaving the scene, failure to notify damage/unattended vehicle, improper traffic lane usage.
The following individuals were charged with a conservation violation:
Brent M. Feldman, dob 3-01-1973, fishing without a license.
Jason M. Herder, dob 10-26-1978, three charges of use license issued to another.
The following individuals were charged with an ordinance violation:
Cary Susan Baze, dob n/a, property maintenance code.
Payson A. Camerer, dob 5-06-2004, negligent driving.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Noah J. Berberich, dob 8-25-2004, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Brian C. Ernst, dob 2-10-1971, driving on suspended license, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd.
Michael D. Stuby, dob 4-12-1981, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Cierra Rose Beasley, dob 5-16-1998, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Cari L. Garrett, dob 12-02-1981, no valid registration/1st and 2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Andrew K. Harstad, dob 12-30-1966, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
John M. McGrath III, dob 10-25-1981, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Heather E. Pinson, dob 5-06-1988, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Jordan C. Pruitt, dob 5-01-1991, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Michael W. Steinacher, dob 9-15-2000, operate uninsured motor vehicle, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Robert J. Tonsor, dob 9-22-1984, failure to reduce speed.
Kameron Brady Volk, dob 1-28-2002, failure to reduce speed.
