JOHN A. CRULL

Chief Deputy Zack Orr initiated a criminal investigation regarding a failure to register as a sex offender complaint which was conducted in Griggsville, Dec. 14.
Subsequent to the investigation, John A. Crull, age 38, of Griggsville, was arrested on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender (Class 2 felony).
As is now required under the provisions of the new House Bill 3653, known as the SAFE-T Act; Crull was cited and released pending a court appearance.
