Felonies:
Brenda L. Bonney, dob 9-13-1969, was found guilty on a charge of theft/stolen/between $500-$10K, two years probation, $500 fine; a charge of felon possess/use weapon/firearm was dismissed.
Patrick A. Greenwell, dob 8-05-1982, was found guilty on a charge of theft/stolen/between $500-$10K, fine, two years in the Department of Corrections, costs only; charges of felon in possession of a weapon/2nd+ and possession of meth less than five grams were dismissed.
Samuel A.D. Hall, dob 1-08-1985, was found guilty on a charge of home repair fraud/contract greater than $1,000, two year conditional discharge, fine; another charge of home repair fraud/contract greater than $1,000 was dismissed.
Matthew S. Hancock, dob 2-26-1991, was found guilty on a charge of felon possess/use weapon/firearm, fine, costs only, five years in the Department of Corrections; charges of armed violence/category II, manufacturing/delivery cannabis between 30-500 grams and possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(B) were dismissed.
Amy S. Ray, dob 2-20-1995, was found guilty on a charge of possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(B), fine, three years in the Department of Corrections, costs only; charges of obstructing identification and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed.
David E. Swarringin, dob 11-21-1990, was found guilty on a charge of aiding/abetting/possess/sell stolen vehicle, fine, costs only, six months in the county jail.
Misdemeanors:
Carlie A. Turner, dob 9-11-2003, a charge of consumption of liquor/minor was amended/reduced; a withheld judgment/supervision disposition was entered on a charge of disorderly conduct, six months supervision, $100 fine.
