Felonies:
Meagan E. Powers, dob 2-22-1985, four charges of harassment/harm person/victim under the age of 18 and on a charge of harassment/no conversation/2+ were dismissed.
David W. Rill, dob 3-05-1959, will not prosecute on charges of possession of meth less than five grams, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon/no firearm concealed carry act, improper use registration/title and operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Chadley M. Sullivan, dob 1-14-1978, was found guilty on a charge of aggravated battery/great bodily harm/over the age of 60, 30 months conditional discharge, fine.
Misdemeanors:
Kimberly N. Gent, dob 8-02-1978, two charges of guardian allows child truancy were dismissed.
Tiffany S. Hill, dob 10-30-1993, a charge of guardian allows child truancy was dismissed.
Catherine L. Munoz, dob 7-13-1981, a charge of guardian allows child truancy was dismissed.
Patrick N. Murphy, dob 12-20-2002, a withheld judgment/supervision disposition was entered on a charge of consumption of liquor of a minor, two years supervision, fine; a withheld judgment/supervision disposition was entered on a charge of retail theft/display merchandise less than $300, two years supervision, $300 fine; a charge of consumption of liquor by a minor was dismissed.
Dwan D. Norris, dob 1-27-1983, a charge of guardian allows child truancy was dismissed.
Andrew G. Rogers, dob 6-16-2004, a charge of consumption of liquor of a minor was amended/reduced; a withheld judgment/supervision disposition was entered on a charge of disorderly conduct, six months supervision, $100 fine.
Cody Sunderland, dob 3-14-1994, was found guilty on a charge of violate an order of protection, one year conditional discharge, $300 fine.
