The following police reports were filed between December 29, 2023 and January 4, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a felony:
Charles L. Werner, dob 11-06-1984, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), possession of hypodermic/syringe/needles/1st.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Eric T. Calhoun, dob 7-01-1995, retail theft/display merchandise less than $300.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Andrew M. Robeen, dob 5-31-1995, two charges of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Courtney M. Adams, dob 4-30-1996, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, driving 21-25 mph above level, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Natalie J. Hill, dob 7-21-2004, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Hayden A. Kulp, dob 6-25-2004, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Megan R.N. Maness, dob 11-16-2005, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Harry B. Moore III, dob 8-18-1981, improper traffic lane usage.
Daniel R. Owens, dob 2-21-1994, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Chase W. Ralston, dob 10-18-2004, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Genevieve M. Ringhausen, dob 9-12-1995, failure to obey yield sign.
Blayze M. Sweazey, dob 10-27-2007, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
