Felonies:
Kaleb J. Coop, dob 7-27-1989, was found guilty on a charge of possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), 18 months probation, $1,000 fine; a withheld judgment/supervision disposition was entered on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, fine; charges of improper traffic lane usage, registration expiration/1st & 2nd, and unlicensed were dismissed.
Misdemeanors:
Eric T. Calhoun, dob 7-01-1995, was found guilty on a charge of retail theft/display merchandise less than $300, one year conditional discharge, $300 fine, restitution.
John E. Cloninger, dob 11-06-81, charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis between 2.5-10 grams were dismissed.
Robert Cox, dob n/a, was found guilty on a charge of retail/display merchandise less than $300, one year conditional discharge, $300 fine.
