The following police reports were filed between January 26 and February 1. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Brian T. Crum, dob 5-17-1978, possession of meth less than five grams.
Ricky L. Neff, dob 8-13-1961, possession of meth less than five grams.
Dawn R. Lockhart, dob 10-11-1983, possession of meth less than five grams.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Jacob D. Edwards, 11-02-1994, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Edwin L. Sweeten, dob 12-29-1962, disorderly conduct.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Ellen M. Dubois, dob 6-13–2000, driving under the influence of alcohol, improper traffic lane usage.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Laurin E. Brogan, dob 12-12-1989, driving on a suspended license.
Tiffany N. Adams, dob 6-11-1983, driving on a suspended license, headlight/taillights/sidelight/1st, 2nd.
Keith F. Bergman, dob 1-01-1963, driving on a suspended license.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Tyler J. Luthe, dob 6-15-1994, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Kimberly Sue Hammann, dob 1-29-1969, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Adam J. Lacy, dob 6-08-1990, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Christian A. McKennon, dob 1-10-1997, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Crystal A. Touhill, dob 11-04-1983, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Garrett D. Lawson, dob 3-04-2003, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Timothy W. Lucher, dob 6-13-1978, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
