The following police reports were filed between February 2 and February 8. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

The following individual was charged with a felony:
Kyle E. Wallace, dob 1-30-1986, felon possession of weapon/2nd+.

The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Logan W. Czaia, dob 5-09-2005, consumption of liquor/minor.
Andrew M. Robeen, dob 5-31-1995, retail theft/display merchandise/less than $300.

The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Brendan R. Kennedy, dob 6-14-1996, driving under the influence of alcohol, stop/stand/park/non-business district.

The following individuals were charged with an ordinance violation:
Logan R. Gilliland, dob 1-26-2006, possession of cannabis under 21.
Darrell L. Stierley, dob 3-14-1968, open burning, miscellaneous trash.

The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Breann T. Bannister, dob 3-23-2002, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Jason R. Bounds, dob 9-18-1978, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd.
Julie A. Drake, dob 10-15-1980, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Brian C. Ernst, dob 2-10-1971, driving on suspended license, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd.
William J. Reilley, dob 1-30-1986, driving on suspended license.
Emily Patricia Rowling, dob 6-10-1990, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, unlicensed, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Jennifer Sue Thebeau, dob 8-04-1981, improper use registration/title, failure to reduce speed, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
