Dispositions – February 22, 2024

Felonies:
Heather L. Greenwood, dob 4-16-1986, a withheld judgment disposition was entered on a charge of possession of meth less than five grams, 24 months probation/special conditions, $1,500 fine; a charge of possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D) was dismissed.
Eric L. King, dob 7-23-1992, a withheld judgment disposition was entered on a charge of possession of meth less than five grams, two years probation/special conditions, $1,440 fine.
Christopher A. Norris, dob 3-25-1976, a charge of felon possess/use weapon/firearm was dismissed.
Travis T. Pillman, dob 12-21-1987, was found guilty on a charge of felon possess/use weapon/firearm, fine, two years in the Department of Corrections, six months mandatory supervised release; a charge of felon possess/use weapon/firearm was dismissed.
Joshua R. Young, dob 8-21-1986, five charges of child pornography/pose/exhibit/victim under the age of 13 were dismissed.

Misdemeanors:
Heather D. Keene, dob 1-15-1979, charges of retail theft/display merchandise less than $300 and criminal trespass to building were dismissed.
Kohlton S. Kumnick, dob 3-06-1992, was found guilty on a charge of resisting/peace officer, correctional employee/firefighter, one year conditional discharge, $300 fine; a charge of obstructing identification was dismissed.
Jared K. Prough, dob 1-06-1987, was found guilty on a charge of violate stalking no contact order, two years conditional discharge, $850 fine; charges of aggravated assault handicapped person over the age of 60 and aggravated assault/use deadly weapon were dismissed.
