The following police reports were filed between February 9 and February 15. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Krisica L. Hancock, dob 3-26-1988, felon escape/peace officer, resisting/peace officer/firefighter/correctional employee.
Donna L. Lagergren, dob 11-10-1962, theft/display merchandise less than $300/preconceived.
Joseph L. Miller, dob 11-05-1996, aggravated unlawful restraint.
Jon D. Watson, dob 8-05-1971, obstruction of justice/destroy evidence, driving on a suspended license.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Terry Ray Burke, dob 7-07-1988, driving under the influence of a drug, driving on a revoked license, operate uninsured motor vehicle, improper turn signal.
Christina C. Jackson, dob 9-07-1962, driving under the influence of alcohol, improper traffic lane usage.
Victor L. Short, dob 1-26-1960, driving under the influence of alcohol, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver, violate order of protection.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Teneya D. Buchanan, dob 3-12-1984, negligent driving.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Brennan M. Cox, dob 12-06-2000, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Nigel L. Harris, dob 4-26-1997, speeding 26-34 mph over limit, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver.
Shaun Anthony Hoelscher, dob 12-27-1984, driving on revoked license, fleeing/attempt to elude officer, speeding 35+ mph over limit, improper use registration/title, no valid registration/1st and 2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Grayle F. Kendall, dob 10-16-1999, leaving the scene, failure to reduce speed.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Jack L. Braden Jr., dob 3-07-1955, failure to stop at intersection.
Cody Alan Crabtree, dob 12-14-2001, registration expiration/1st and 2nd, disregard stop sign.
Skylar T. Crull, dob 7-06-2006, seat belt required/driver.
Lida None Dryer, dob 3-24-1950, operate uninsured motor vehicle, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Dennis D. Gable, dob 6-16-1955, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Cameryn D. Gerhardt, dob 4-13-1999, electronic communication device.
Cash D. Goetten, dob 10-31-2007, seat belt required/passenger.
Jared D. Hines, dob 1-01-1998, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Cheryl M. Hufford, dob 2-13-1962, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Caeleb Michael Johnson, dob 11-01-2003, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Daniel Paul Kinder, dob 12-16-1983, driving 11-14 mph above limit, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Jordan Robert Lowery, dob 2-15-1995, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Andrew P. Lyons, dob 9-17-2006, seat belt required/passenger.
