The following police reports were filed between February 1 through February 29. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Calhoun County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Matthew R. Rose, dob 12-31-1989, aggravated battery/great bodily harm, two charges of aggravated battery/public place, mob action/force/2+ persons.
Jason P. Webster, dob 11-26-1973, aggravated DUI/3, aggravated DUI/license suspended or revoked, aggravated DUI/crash/bodily harm, aggravated reckless driving/bodily harm, driving under the influence of alcohol, obstructing/peace officer/firefighter/correction employee.
Nicholas A. DeSherlia, dob 6-20-1988, intimidation/physical harm, disorderly conduct.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Austin M. Talley, dob 6-07-2006, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Shaun C. Washausen, dob 1-17-1967, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Anthony W. Mercurio, dob 4-14-1973, driving 1-10 mph above limit.
Ullah Rohim, dob 1-01-1998, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Helen Frenchie, dob 5-18-1956, driving 15-20 mph above limit, unlicensed.
Cody W. Baalman, dob 8-21-1998, driving 1-10 mph above limit.
Jeremy A. Pohlman, dob 2-23-1977, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Brandy L. Dole, dob 10-04-1983, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Ronald D. Watters, dob 5-26-1962, expiration of registration.
Michael E. Walter, dob 6-21-1964, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Eric S. Herter, dob 9-01-1985, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
