Felonies:
William P. Brooks, dob 4-10-1965, was found guilty on a charge of theft/display merchandise/less than $300/preconv, 30 months conditional discharge, $300 fine.
Chad R. Cordes, dob 5-27-1987, was found guilty on a charge of felon failure to return from furlough, fine, seven years in the Department of Corrections, six months mandatory supervised release; a charge of aggravated battery/public place was dismissed.
Vicki R. Dickinson, dob 9-30-1959, a withheld judgment/supervision disposition was entered on a charge of battery/cause bodily harm, 30 months supervision, $300 fine; charges of aggravated battery/child under the age of 13/bodily harm and domestic battery/physical contact were dismissed.
Tyler Howland, dob 11-11-2003, was found guilty on a charge of obstruction of justice/destroy evidence, 30 months conditional discharge, $300 fine.
Joseph L. Miller, dob 11-05-1996, charges of aggravated domestic battery, aggravated domestic battery/strangle, unlawful restraint and aggravated unlawful restraint were dismissed.
Tyler G. Stierley, dob 10-03-1988, was found guilty on two charges of obstruction of justice/induce witness, three years in the Department of Corrections for each charge with six months mandatory supervised release for each, fine; was found guilty on a charge of aid/abet/possess/sell stolen vehicle, three years in the Department of Corrections with six months mandatory supervised release, $500 fine; a charge of theft between $10K-$100K/school/workshop/government was dismissed.

Misdemeanors:
Ruston C. Gilson, dob 7-12-1955, a charge of battery/makes physical contact was dropped, but may be refiled.
Michael H. King, dob 5-04-1983, was found guilty on a charge of retail theft/display merchandise/less than $300, six months conditional discharge, $100 fine.
Chad E. Ottwell, dob 4-20-1993, was found guilty on a charge of possession of hypodermic/syringe/needles/1st, one year conditional discharge, $300 fine, drug treatment.
