The following police reports were filed between March 15 and March 21. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Scott R. Andrews, dob 11-27-1962, possession of meth less than five grams, driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS.
John J. Hyde, dob 6-30-1976, possession of meth/between 5-15 grams, felon possess/use weapon/firearm.
John L. Shaw, dob 2-15-1963, aggravated battery/peace officer, resisting/peace officer/firefighter/correctional employee, domestic battery/bodily harm.
Christopher A. Sykes, dob 3-25-1993, four charges of child pornography/reproduce/victim under the age of 13.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Andrea K. Dehner, dob 6-06-1983, two charges of guardian allows child truancy.
Matthew L. Heitzman, dob 6-09-1982, two charges of guardian allows child truancy.
Joshua L. Morgan, dob 10-01-1986, carry/possess firearm/1st, possession of firearm FOID card expired, driving on a suspended license.
Kelsie Watts, dob 2-18-1993, guardian allows child truancy.
The following individuals were charged with domestic violence:
Michael Beyers, dob n/a, domestic battery/bodily harm.
Patrick D. Hendy, dob n/a, domestic battery/bodily harm.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Milan R. Chaudron, dob 7-30-2007, reckless driving, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Brian C. Ernst, dob 2-10-1971, driving on a suspended license.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Jamie K. Adams, dob 3-19-1979, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Michael A. Childs, dob 3-24-1979, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Shania E. Copeland, dob 12-26-1998, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Bradley J. Hayes, dob 11-11-1989, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Tessa A. Knapp, dob 11-14-1998, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Britini L. Marciniak, dob 6-11-1994, seat belt required/driver.
Cedric J. Phillips, dob 10-27-1965, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
John T. Pierce, dob 10-26-1998, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Danielle Nicole Talley, dob 7-09-1993, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
