Felonies:
Joseph S. Burkhart, dob 8-27-1985, was found guilty on a charge of manufacturing/delivery between 15-100 grams of cocaine/analog, fine, six years in the Department of Corrections, three years mandatory supervised release; charges of possession of meth less than five grams, aggravated fleeing police/21 mph over limit and two charges of possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D) were dismissed.
Brian C. Ernst, dob 2-10-1971, a charge of possession of meth between 15-100 grams was dismissed.
Travis M. Johnson, dob 9-29-1989, was found guilty on a charge of burglary without causing damage, 18 months probation, $519 fine; a charge of criminal damage to property less than $500 was dismissed.
Andrew M. Merideth, dob 4-08-1999, was found guilty on a charge of possession of meth less than five grams, fine, two years in the Department of Corrections, six months mandatory supervised release; a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.
Joseph E. Saville-Tolle, dob 11-08-1995, will not prosecute on a charge of unlawful restraint.
Jason J. Williams, dob 9-19-1987, was found guilty on a charge of aggravated battery/great bodily harm, 30 months probation, $300 fine; a charge of criminal sexual assault/force was dismissed.
Misdemeanors:
William Lewis, dob 7-22-2003, a charge of aggravated assault/use deadly weapon was amended/reduced; a withheld judgment/supervision disposition was entered on a charge of disorderly conduct, 12 months supervision, $500 fine.
Ciara R. Young, dob 4-20-1993, charges of theft control intent less than $500 and criminal trespass remain on land were dismissed.
