Reservations must be made by 12 p.m. prior to the day you wish to eat. If you have made reservations and cannot attend, please notify the center at 217-942-6414. Whole wheat bread served daily except when noted with (*). 2% milk served daily. The menu may be subject to change based on product availability.
Friday, April 12: Baked ham, sweet potatoes, green beans, oranges, bread, milk.
Monday, April 15: Beef and noodles, whole wheat roll, red skin mashed potatoes, carrots, rosy applesauce, bread, milk.
Tuesday, April 16: Teriyaki chicken, rice pilaf, Japanese vegetables, peaches, bread, milk.
Wednesday, April 17: Unstuffed green pepper casserole, garlic bread,* green beans, pineapple, milk.
Thursday, April 18: Ham and beans, cornbread,* pickled beets, fruit cocktail, milk.
