The following police reports were filed between April 5 and April 11. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Dennis Duane Kessler, dob 10-15-1966, criminal damage to property between $500-$10K.
Cody L.J. Wright, dob 9-21-1994, aiding/abetting/possession/sell stolen vehicle, aggravated fleeing police/21 mph over limit.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Coulton E. Faulstich, dob 8-14-2003, driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding 35+ mph over limit, driving on a suspended license, reckless driving, improper passing on the left.
Wade A. Stuart, dob 10-24-2000, driving under the influence of alcohol.
The following individuals were charged with an ordinance violation:
Shellee M. DeSherlia, dob 8-20-1965, negligent driving.
Sandra Roselynn Pellerano, dob 12-30-1987, negligent driving.
Dawn M. Wells, dob n/a, two charges of dog running at large.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Dylan J. Czaia, dob 9-25-1999, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Jamie E. Day, dob 4-21-1984, driving on a suspended license, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Paul L. Duncan, dob 5-17-1983, improper use registration/title, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Caeleb Michael Johnson, dob 11-01-2003, driving on a suspended license.
Maverick M. Kroeger, dob 4-29-1991, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
John T. Pierce, dob 10-26-1998, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Ella N. Rackley, dob 10-28-2000, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Adam J. Schroeder, dob 4-04-1983, driving on a suspended license.
Kaylee A. Stamper, dob 6-28-2001, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Christa L. Sumpter, dob 4-03-1983, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Nathan A. Walker, dob 3-11-2000, speeding 26-34 mph over limit, unlicensed.

Nicolas Shane Goodey, dob 10-15-1983, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Shawn L. Hedden, dob 1-12-1979, no valid registration/1st and 2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Kenneth Joseph Hess, dob 2-19-1966, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Amber A. Holt, dob 5-30-1998, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Morgan E. Laughlin, dob 4-14-1997, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Jim D. Stevens, dob 8-11-1961, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Savannah N. Thomas, dob 10-02-2006, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Shanta R. Whitley, dob 10-26-1989, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
