The following police reports were filed between April 12 and April 18. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Taylor E. Droege, dob 12-12-2003, traveling to meet a minor, criminal sexual abuse with a victim who is at least 13 years of age but under 17 years of age and the person is less than five years older than the victim.
Joseph L. Miller, dob 11-05-1996, arson/real or personal property greater than $150, violation of stalking no contact order.
Logan R. Nevlin, dob 1-22-1996, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D).
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Warren A. Elders, dob 11-25-1971, criminal damage to property less than $500, possession of drug paraphernalia.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Nathaniel L. Badman, dob 7-07-1993, speeding 35+ mph over limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Laila Renee Blakeny, dob 2-24-2005, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Quinn A. Cartwright, dob 9-29-1998, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Ross A. Davinroy, dob 8-28-1992, speeding 35+ mph over limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Porsha M. Gladney, dob 10-25-1992, driving on a suspended license.
Essence J. Glenn, dob 3-13-2001, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Kelli K. Hokamp, dob 11-11-1980, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Jennifer K. Hughes, dob 2-25-1983, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd.
Jordan I. Jackson, dob 11-15-2000, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
John Robert Lee, dob 9-01-1992, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Jonathan R. Lorts, dob 5-01-2002, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Anthony C. Petri, dob 4-11-1991, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Taylor M. Robinson, dob 5-16-2000, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle, not driving on right side/driving left.
David L. Ross, dob 12-16-2000, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Shane L. Wolfe, dob 1-13-1972, driving on revoked license, unsafe equipment/1st and 2nd.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Charles Edward Ambrose, dob 7-01-1955, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Frances M. Dawes, dob 7-05-1957, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Bruce A. Hand, dob 2-11-1967, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Catherine M. Johnisee, dob 6-07-1955, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Nicole Jean Johnson, dob 8-23-1990, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Carry L. Kane, dob 9-18-1992, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Haley F. Livingston, dob 4-10-1996, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Chad Edward Ottwell, dob 4-20-1993, disregard official traffic-control device.
Kristi Deann Rice, dob 9-02-1975, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
