Kyle A. Bollinger, dob 6-26-1989, a charge of resisting/peace officer/correctional employee/firefighter/injury was amended/reduced; was found guilty on a charge of resisting/peace officer/firefighter/correctional employee, 18 month conditional discharge, $300 fine; a charge of aggravated assault to a peace officer/firefighter/ ER worker was dismissed.
Amber M.
