Kenley Coats, Katie Englelbrecht and Jackson Surratt were crowned the 2024 king and queens of the Bluffs prom Friday night. Kenley Coats is the daughter of Becky and Clay Coats and Katie Engelebrcht is the daughter of Chad and Laci Engelbrecht. The king is the son of Stevie and Tony Surratt.
