The following police reports were filed between April 1 through April 30. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Calhoun County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Justice Self, dob 1-30-1998, aggravated battery/victim 60+, unlawful restraint, domestic battery/bodily harm, driving on revoked license.
James E. Stanberry, dob 4-03-1980, possession of meth less than five grams, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Wayne L. Decker, dob 8-30-1967, possession of meth less than five grams, possession of drug paraphernalia.
David J. Ray, dob 8-24-1961, possession of meth less than five grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Alan B. Toppmeyer, dob 6-22-1961, two charges of possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), driving under the influence of a drug, improper traffic lane usage, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Eugene A. Snyders, dob 7-05-1947, battery/cause bodily harm.
Alexandria L. Gibson, dob 7-20-1995, disorderly conduct.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Collin R. Weigel, dob 3-19-1993, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08, driving under the influence of alcohol, improper traffic lane usage.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Gregory D. Graham, dob 6-09-1957, driving on a suspended license.
William C. Kiel, dob 2-16-1981, driving on a revoked license.
Scott A. Wolosyk, dob 2-19-1976, driving on a revoked license, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Scott A. Pyle, dob 3-27-1960, unlawful possession cannabis/driver, unregistered/expired registration.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Alexander B. Nunez, dob 9-23-2002, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
James A. Busch, dob 8-21-1976, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Tim N. Siemer, dob 4-07-1966, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Davis J. Wilson, dob 7-13-2006, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Cole S. Harris, dob 8-05-2000, expiration of registration.
Brendan T. Miller, dob 10-12-2007, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Eryka R. Gauntt, dob 1-12-1993, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Marcus L. Bridges, dob 2-01-1972, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Samuel C. Mohs-Nemo, dob 9-11-2003, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
