Felonies
Megan M. Henson, dob 2-07-1991, was found guilty on a charge of possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), one year probation, fine, drug treatment; charges of possession of meth less than five grams and obstructing identification were dismissed.
Samuel M. Plunkett, dob 11-26-1983, three charges of violate order of protection/notice/prior violation of order of protection were dismissed.
Joshua R. Young, dob 8-21-1986, was found guilty on two charges of unauthorized videotaping, fine for each charge, five years in the Department of Corrections for each charge, six months mandatory supervised release for each charge; was found guilty on a charge of possession of meth less than five grams, $300 fine, 10 years in the Department of Corrections, six months mandatory supervised release.
Misdemeanors
Joshua E. Bailey, dob 10-16-1978, will not prosecute on a charge of disorderly conduct.
Hiley A. Crump, dob 10-11-1993, a charge of bad checks/obtain control of property was dismissed.
Lori S. O’Toole, dob 5-19-1974, a charge of criminal trespass to building was dismissed.
