Reservations must be made by 12 p.m. prior to the day you wish to eat. If you have made reservations and cannot attend, please notify the center at 217-942-6414. Whole wheat bread served daily except when noted with (*). 2% milk served daily. The menu may be subject to change based on product availability.
Friday, May 31: Baked pork chop, mashed potatoes and gravy, asparagus, cinnamon applesauce, bread, milk.
Monday, June 3: Chicken broccoli Alfredo, garlic bread,* spinach, fruit cocktail, milk.
Tuesday, June 4: Sausage gravy, biscuit,* oven roasted potatoes, Brussel sprouts, pineapple.
Wednesday, June 5: Pepper steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, peas and carrots, tropical fruit, fruit crisp.
Thursday, June 6: Chicken pot pie, biscuit,* pickled beets, pears, milk.
