Felonies
Kyle D. Carter, dob 4-19-1988, was found guilty on a charge of violate sex offender registration, fine.
Thomas M. Eisele, dob 7-20-1988, was found guilty on a charge of possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), fine, two years in the Department of Corrections, six months mandatory supervised release.
Casey C. McGee, dob 7-25-1999, a withheld judgment/supervision disposition was entered on a charge of assault, three years supervision, fine; charges of aggravated battery/public place and mob action/force/two or more persons was dismissed.
Joseph L. Miller, dob 11-05-1996, was found guilty on charges of possession of meth less than five grams and harassing witness/family member/representative, two years probation for each charge, $500 fine; charges of arson/real/personal property greater than $150 and violate stalking no contact order were dismissed.
David E. Price, dob 10-06-1946, will not prosecute on a charge of aggravated DUI/school zone crash/bodily harm, mentally disabled, return to active.
Misdemeanors
John Alex Busse, dob 4-07-1988, will not prosecute on charges of retail theft/display merchandise/less than $300 and resisting a police officer, correctional officer or firefighter.
Matthew D. Demers, dob 9-04-1993, a withheld judgment/supervision disposition was entered on a charge of cause child to be endangered, six months supervision, fine.
Jason Motley, dob 5-01-1999, a charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.
Patrick J. Redden, dob 2-25-1978, a charge of battery/cause bodily harm was dismissed.
