The following police reports were filed between May 17 and May 23. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Cody A. Carlson, dob 9-19-1994, battery/cause bodily harm.
The following individuals were charged with DUI:
Adam M. Duggan, dob 3-08-1983, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08, resisting a police officer, firefighter or correctional employee.
Alejandro O. Polvo, dob 10-28-1983, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
The following individuals were charged with domestic violence:
Daniel Lee Deverger, dob 2-17-1986, domestic battery/bodily harm, aggravated assault/use deadly weapon.
Shandi L. Galliher, dob 12-13-1987, domestic battery/bodily harm.
Jacqueline A. Smith, 10-19-1950, domestic battery/physical contact.
Zackery L. Stumbaugh, dob 9-23-1990, two charges of domestic battery/bodily harm.
Joey Waters, dob n/a, domestic battery/bodily harm.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Aisha Grace Lee, dob 9-20-1994, negligent driving.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Scott D. Buechler, dob 7-03-1987, canceled/revoked/suspended registration/IL, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Larry J. Combs Sr., dob 2-23-1955, improper use of registration/title.
Skylar A. Funk, dob 8-25-1999, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Elijah Nikoli Edwards, dob 3-23-2007, failure to the right-of-way/intersection.
Israel K.L. Evans, dob 10-21-1999, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Chasity N. Hollo, dob 3-27-2001, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Kathryn M. Modene, dob 8-12-1988, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Jack Spencer Morgan, dob 2-23-2003, operate uninsured motor vehicle, failure to obey stop sign.
Cody R. Niemeyer, dob 7-10-2005, driving the wrong way on a one-way street.
Rocco C. Payne, dob 3-03-2003, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Radhakrishnan Srinivasan, dob 7-12-1988, disregard official traffic-control device.
