The following police reports were filed between May 31 and June 6, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Daniel L. Kessinger, dob n/a, possession of meth less than five grams, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D).
Granite B. Stockon, dob 2-11-2001, felony possession/use weapon/firearm, domestic battery/other prior.
Sarah R. Baumgartner, dob 2-19-1980, possession of meth less than five grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to reduce speed, unlicensed, expiration of registration, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Austin K. Williams, dob 3-12-1998, aggravated battery/great bodily harm, aggravated battery/use deadly weapon.
The following individual was charged with a major traffic violation:
John Kenneth Eberle, dob 2-04-1966, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Makayla N. Hoag, dob 2-17-2002, no valid registration/1st and 2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Solomon Orville Buster, dob 10-02-1958, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Heather M. Morgan, dob 8-19-1994, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Carnell J. McGee, dob 9-03-2002, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Helal Nabil Alomari, dob 11-19-1999, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
