Work on the Maysville Road Bridge project on the south end of 390 Street. The bridge had been unsafe for years and the City of Pittfield has worked more than three years to get it replaced. A truck is delivering 3-foot square concrete culverts in the creek. A crane picks up the culverts and places them. The smaller put together culverts were necessary. The bridge was torn out last week and as soon as the bridge work is done and road approaches have been rebuilt the plan is to have the bridge and road open July 5.
