Calhoun Fairgrounds was the place to be Friday night for the performance of “That One Show Where Everything Goes Wrong.”
The show was written based off of the ideas of the kids participating. The camp lasted two weeks. The play was under the direction of Lindsey Watters and Ellie Nolte and assistant director Mary Pluester. Cast included Mary Pluester, Bo Johnson , Charlee and Greta Burch, Marshall Murphy, Tucker Griesheimer, Ellie Sievers, Jordan Hartle, Ellie Nolte and Reagan Clendenny.
Behind the scenes crew Craig Johnson, Reagan Clendenny , Mary Pluester, Lindsey Taul, Lindsey Watters, Ellie Nolte and Calhoun Entertainment Company Director Jerry Sievers operated the soundboard.
Scotty Browning was also a huge part of camp and was planning to be backstage crew as he was for every year since it began. In fact, the first year they had it he was the only person helping backstage. The performance was dedicated to Scotty and his picture was on the set and in the program.
“It takes a lot of work to be able to do this, thanks too, so many of our local individuals and organizations helping out. We hope to continue this every summer.” said director Lindsey Watters.
