The following police reports were filed between June 28 and July 4, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Danny J. Copeland, dob 11-24-1976, possession of meth less than five grams, driving on a suspended license.
Daniel Lee Deverger, dob 2-17-1986, other amount of amphetamine/fentanyl/analogue.
Matthew T. Lefler, dob 11-01-1971, burglary without causing damage.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Katara N. Jobe, dob 10-31-1981, criminal damage to property less than $500, criminal trespass to building, theft/unauthorized control/less than $500.
Misty L. Knapp, dob 9-22-1978, retail theft/display merchandise/less than $300.
The following individuals were charged with an ordinance violation:
Rodney Cortez Brown, dob 5-28-1976, negligent driving.
Anthony K. Driver, dob 12-07-1990, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Alyssa F. Mortland, dob 7-06-1995, negligent driving.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Richard J. Dos Santos, dob 11-15-1984, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Anthony K. Driver, dob 12-07-1990, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Kyle D. Armentrout, dob 1-10-1986, unlicensed.
Breana K. Campbell, dob 10-22-1991, operate uninsured motor vehicle, unlicensed, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Johnny R. Green, dob 1-11-1970, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Kelsey L.N. Myers, dob 10-04-2007, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
John T. Pierce, dob 10-26-1998, failure to reduce speed.
Samantha Jo. Stackpole, dob 7-26-1998, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Jerimie W. Sullivan, dob 2-27-1985, improper turn at intersection.
